We like to think we are a pretty cool place to work. Tourmax provides a relaxed work environment. You won’t find yourself micromanaged here. That’s is why we work hard to employ the right team members. Our headquarters is in Burleson, Texas but our photographers travel around the DFW meeting our clients and creating media that plays a huge part in marketing these properties.
We like to say we hire people, not positions. Meaning, it is far more important to us that the right kind of person joins our team that someone who knows everything there is to know about a camera. We look for people with great people skills, dependable reputations, high character, and ultimately team players.
Photographer Routine
- Travel to assigned photo shoots and arrive on time.
- Greet and discuss the shoot with the client.
- Photograph the home and property both inside and out.
- Attention to detail and the Tourmax standard and process.
- Upload your media to the Tourmax cloud for our editing team.
- Repeat at a new home or property.
